What we collect
Submission forms collect your name, email, suggested business, town, category, website, and message. We use these to review nominations, respond to listing requests, and arrange sponsorships. Your personal email is not published in the directory.
Admin authentication uses essential session cookies. We count outbound website, phone, and direction clicks by business and date. These totals are click activity, not unique people or confirmed leads. We use hashed request identifiers for abuse prevention and do not store raw IP addresses in these counters.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, and public listing activity. Analytics may use cookies and device or browser information. We track public page views, business call/website/direction clicks, and successful nomination or sponsorship inquiries. Form names, email addresses, messages, and free-text search queries are not included in our analytics events. Admin pages are excluded, and Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy. You can block analytics using your browser controls or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Storage and service providers
Vercel hosts the website and Neon stores directory and submission data. Google Maps Platform supplies linked place information. Approved sponsored listings use HighLevel checkout; payment details are handled by HighLevel and its payment processor, not this directory. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
We keep submitted information while reviewing and administering the request. You may request access, correction, or deletion at ken@sebringseo.com, subject to records needed for billing or legal obligations. We do not sell personal submission data.
Google Maps content
Google content is identified where displayed. Using Google Maps features is subject to Google Maps/Google Earth terms and the Google privacy policy.
Submissions and business listings
Submit accurate details you are entitled to share. Avoid private information, spam, defamatory claims, and copyrighted review text. Submissions require review and do not guarantee publication. Business information may change; confirm important details directly. A listing does not endorse or guarantee a business’s work.
Sponsored subscriptions
A sponsored plan covers one approved business, town, and category at $100, $175, or $250 per month as shown in checkout. Payments recur until canceled through the billing provider or by contacting ken@sebringseo.com. Approved, paid placement is clearly labeled. Public visibility requires a current Google rating of at least 4.2; a listing may be held back if its rating falls below that minimum or cannot be verified. Contact us to discuss placement and billing if eligibility changes. Availability, billing period, cancellation, and any refund agreement must be confirmed before checkout. Traffic, search positions, and leads are not guaranteed.
